I found this nifty little task manager that seems to work just fine on my PN-820. It's simple, but does what I need. It monitors what programs are running, allows you to end them and also shows memory and battery levels. And the best part, it's free. You do have to make sure you are updated on your Microsoft .NET, but that's not a problem. Here's the link.
