Resco Regedit

Downloaded this program and followed the directions on the wiki sight for the custom sounds got the wav file to be seen in the events area..But it says wav format can't be played...Wondering if anybody has found a fix for this???

What are you trying to apply custom sounds to? There are many options that you can do this within the phone without using a separate editor, so unless it is some strange option, you likely can just do it on the phone.

Trying to change the sounds for text messages, voice message etc.. tried to add more midi or mp3,wav.. Tells me format can't be played

in the phone options you can change the sounds for all of those. Most of them can be changed to an mp3 or wav format. Don't have my phone with me right now to tell you exactly how to do it but you don't need resco to do it at all. you need the file on the phone and then you change it thru some option menu somewhere on the phone

I am having an issue somewhat like this...i have a midi file that i want to use as a ringtone but it says it doesnt recognize the format...any help?
