Hi, I bought a used PN-820 as a back-up and the day has come to get it working becuase I have worn out my first one finally and completely.

As a very heavy user it did take me almost a year and a half to debilitate the phones normal earset and now I can only hear using a headset, which is also acting funny, and I have been very happy with the phone.

Not to mention it is worn out looking from always keeping it Free Willey in my pocket

Someone who has an uncut original box should be able to match the numbers up with the numbers under the battery so I'll know which number is which ESN, Serial number, etc,

Thank you so much if you could help as I am desperate and the box came with the info panel cut out of it for rebate etc.. The numbers are not labeled properly on the phone, under the battery and we use a third party Verizon provider who doesn't know which number is which.
