USB Device not recognized.

My boyfriend played with a bunch of settings on my computer and now all of the sudden it won't recognize the phone! As soon as I plug it in it says "USB Device not recognized" where ActiveSync used to automatically start up.

I've tried uninstalling ActiveSync and re-installing. I've even reset my phone to factory defaults. I plugged in *another* pn-820 and it did the same thing.

So I'm fairly sure that the issue is with my comp and not the phone. Any ideas at all?????

P.S. - All firewalls are completely turned off. And I can't find the driver for pn-820 anywhere online. I thought it's supposed to come with ActiveSync but reinstallation doesn't seem to help.
