Pantech Duo- Alarm

No matter what I do, my alarm is always blaring when it goes off. I have Normal profile, Volume 1 on all options, and yet it still is WAY too loud. I have tried it with the built-in alarms, and with my own song clips. Any suggestions?

I'm aware of that. I could not fine a Duo forum. Could you direct me to it, please?
