I just got the PN-820 today from Verizon (had to replace my Kyocera 7135. Sigh.)

I've been able to figure out just about everything and it seems to work OK. But when I try to use the headset, the person I'm calling can only hear me very faintly. I can hear them fine.

I called my land line and left messages and tried a bunch of things - adjusting the headset volume, reseating the jack, etc. - but nothing seems to help. This happens with the headset included in the box as well as my other Plantronics headset.

Anybody else run into this? TIA for the help.

FYI, it looks like this was probably a hardware issue and Verizon is sending a replacement phone. I'm starting to reconsider this model, though.
