hey y'all - got a great T/w offa ebay but find that even though all works great, and I can hear when on the phone, I can't talk. no one can hear me. tried 3 ... yes, 3 handsfree earpieces, even talked to the very unhelpful people at PALM, to deduce that there's something amiss in the headset plug-in module thingy.

Anyone had any experience with a fix for this?
