Hi All

I have recently purchased a Tungsten W and after several weeks of wrking fine the phone is refusing to power up! When I go in to the phone fuction and choose "mobile on" it comes up with "powering on" and then drops off with the mobile still not powered up.

Has anyone experienced this?? Any help appreciated

Sync it to make sure you have a good backup, then do a reset-in-cradle. This resets the battery control circuitry and has been said to fix similar problems.

it just refuse to pover on, after reset it tries to but in couple seconds everything dissapears, I have it in charger but no result, I see green light on but PDA don't go up, I think it will be dead battery, I have ordered new (U can find a good deal on ebay) and keep my fingers crossed ... I will post results (if I don't forget

Hi, I have the same problem, could you let me know about new findings, please? I'll try to disconnect the battery in the meantime.
