i just bought Palm Tungsten W, installed the default softwares from the accompanied CD, plugged a SIM Card. Mobile and SMS works fine

BUT

how come the SMS sender's is displayed as PHONE NUMBER not by NAME?

found a solution for my own problema. (for others)

solution 1: install Software Update 1.0 from PalmOne website
(havent done yet, read that it's bloody hell doing this, may take resets, well will try.)

solution 2: reformat the mobile field in address book as
+63xxx-xxx-xxxx, well 63 is our country's prefix, find yours.
