Hi! I've been messing around on pre, trying to download things that obviously don't work and causing me much grief. We need new apps to keep me busy!

When hooked up to the computer, I see 11 .REC files on my PRE. They look like this:

FSCK00001.REC
FSCK00002.REC

all the way to 11. Are these the remnant of a bad install of a program that I can safely delete or are they useful files?

Try to cut and paste them onto your computer and see if it breaks something. The USB drive doesnt have program files or data stored to it (that I'm aware of) so it shouldnt affect any applications you install.
