Waiting for the latest cool pdaPhone to become available seems to be a game that we play a lot. I'm thinking we should create a support group called "Geeks in Waiting". There is nothing worse when you are "in waiting" than to find out that other geeks will get one before you. We all want to be the first, and it is so painful when we can't be.
It looks like UK based Orange's subscribers may be the first to get their hands on the much anticipated Handspring Treo 600.
The Register is reporting a rumor that the Orange Treo 600 will be launched in the UK next week.
Currently no devices from the Treo line are available through carriers in the UK, although you can buy a GSM/GPRS Treo from another source and use it there. So users in the UK today can officially only get Pocket PC, Smartphone, and Symbian based pdaPhones. With the launch of the Orange Treo 600, UK users will officially be able to join the Palm based pdaPhone world.
