Apple releases iSync and supports some pdaPhones

Apple recently released Version 1.0 of iSync. The new synchronization software for Macs supports a list of devices that include the iPod, selected Sony Ericsson phones, and Palm, Sony, and Handspring Palm based devices. This includes the Treo pdaPhones.

This new version is much faster at syncing and has improved configuration for Palm devices. It supports syncronization with iCal and Address Book, the Mac's PIM applications. It also works with .Mac, Apple's internet tools for the Mac.

For more information on iSync, and to download it, go HERE.
