How to change the profile- want to sync old data?

Hello,

I accidentally synced on a new profile so my old phone data is not syncing to the new profile. Is there a way to change my profile so it syncs everything from the old profile?

THanks

Do a hard reset and select the old name when asked during your first sync.

Best to read the manual on this one, its a bit complex, but not really hard.

Good luck,

might be a better way

Here is how you clear the hotsync username on your device. After your hotsync user is deleted, perform another hotsync and you should be prompted to select an existing user profile.

On your centro, go to memos, tap new, press s then alt, select the cursive L. Then enter a period and then the number 5. If you have done this correctly then all 3 characters will erase. Now hotsync and select correct user profile.
