I am having trouble getting a centro to connect to our work exchange account. No matter what I try, it never connects. We log into an webmail/owa site. Anyone else have this issue?

Spent several hours with Palm tech support, and even longer with sprint support....each have no answers....

I think it is revolving around the whole logging into a domain....????
