Palm Continually Trying to Sync, unable to cancel
Hello all,
I am doing this on behalf of a friend. We both have Palm Centros, but her's just started going all wonky on her... if you will. It began about a week ago to try and sync, over and over again. There is no way to cancel, and after a while it will give you an error message stating that it was unable to connect.
She has called AT&T and they had her do a master reset. This didn't work. I brought it to my home where I managed to get it to sync and act normal- until I unplugged it, and the attempt to sync continued. The only way to get it to stop is to take the battery out.
This is her second Palm Centro. The first had a battery problem. This is already her first replacement... It hasn't gotten wet, or had any damage done to it. Still like new!
If you could please give me some suggestions, we'd both really appreciate it! (Maybe then I can avoid having this problem, myself!)
