I am leaning towards buying a Palm Centro. I use AOL and AT & T Wireless. If I download AOL Mobile to the Palm Centro, I will be able to access my AOL calendar which is saved at the AOL. I will not need to sync from AOL to Outlook to Palm Centro, is this correct?
Also, if I backup Palm Centro to my desktop, can I just back up my address book and not the calendar, assuming I do not need to backup my AOL calendar.

To my knowledge, AOL Mobile 3.3 is not officially compatible with the Centro Mobile Software Downloads .

Also, I do not believe that AOL Calendar communicates to AOL Mobile or to the calendar on the Centro. The route you mentioned of syncing from AOL to Outlook to the Centro may be the only way.
