I have problems after installing some downloaded software, i.e. Phone function hang, Only white screen after soft reset.

I have overcome the problem by emptyng the batteries, where I have to re-programm all the softwares. This, I assume for what they call 'HARD RESET'.

Does someone know how to do a shortcut on doing the 'HARD RESET' or 'Emptyng the batteries' or 'RESET to FACTORY SETTING' on this HP928WDA.

Your advice and support is highly appreciated.

You can force a hard reset by holding down the on/off button, and then pressing the soft reset button on the back while the on/off button is still held down. This will force the PDA to reset to factory defaults, so you will lose all stored data.
