I have an I-Mate pocket PC Phone Edition. I have updated the software and it now has Rom Version:1.72 and Est ROM 1.72.8xx. T-Mobile USA is my Data and phone provider and Comcast is my internet provider.
I have tried to use the T-Mobile teck support could not help much. I have tried to follow the instructions on T-Mobile web sight and now I can get on the web, but no luck doing email. http://www.t-mobile.com/help/service...cket_pc.asp#22
When I go to the inbox and try to download, I keep getting a pop up box that says
Account Password on top of the box. Then asks for User Name which I put my cell phone # 3604211505 and my Comcast password. I checked with Comcast and that password is correct.
I just trued to check work on it I went to start-settings-connections-connections-Modem comes up and on the top of the box it says My ISP and down under name it says istream Connec… and under number is says internet2.voi… I then hit edit and under name of connection is istream Connection and modem is Cellular line GPRS, I hit next and the access point name is internet2.voicestream.com ,hit next and the box says istream Connection and the three boxes are empty, I hit advanced and the dot is in User server-assigned IP address , the rest of the boxes are empty , I close that box and go next and I go back to MY ISP box that is the same as before.
