Samsung MITS M400?

Does anyone know what happened to this pda phone? Is it available for US carriers and if not, is there somewhere to buy this phone and convert to english and will it work with Sprint or Verizon? Anyone who knows please reply. Thanks.....

It isn't available from any US carriers that I'm aware of. The i700 is with Verizon.
