Hello.. I loaded PDANet 1.80 on my HTC S640 and everything works until I try to connect the Two.. it say on the computer

Fail to initialize your device" (error=39)

What does this error mean?

does anyone have pdanet working on this smartphone.. it works fine on my HTC Touch and Mogul

any help would be greatly appricieated.
