i was just listening to music on my phone a little while ago and then i decided i was done.. so i stopped playback and disconnected my headphones.. after i did this, the phone itself was stuck on headset mode. also, when i plugged in the theadset again... it would bring up recent calls and when i disconnected the headset, the phone would call the most recent number (its like inserting and removing the headset was acting like the "send" button. Right now im really pissed off and im hoping i can get this fixed. Someone please help..

I had a semi-same issue with speakerphone. I completely powered it off and on to reset it. Not a great answer, but it worked for me.
