How do you set vibe and ring with mpx220?

nevermind did a search and found awnser.

Looking at the phone, on the left side towards the bottom, there's a button. If you hold it in, it powers the phone on/off. If you press it for like 1/2 second, you get QUICKLIST

Flight Mode turns the phone off but leaves PDA on
6 Silent is vibrate
7 Meeting is no sound, no vibrate
