XBM then Sprite Backup

So I just got my third 220, and as was suggested to me I did a restore from my old phone with Sprite backup. I forgot to look at the version before I did it, but it said 1.3 afterwards. That is still the newest FW right? If there was a newer one from XBM, would a restore have erased it? THanks

Also, it erased all my personal ring tones and pictures IDs, any way to restore those???

Latest FW is 1.3 so you are good there. I haven't done any ringtones yet but its possible that they are not files that will be backed up. I would take the opportunity to install from a clean slate and remove any junk you don't want.
