ActiveSync for Outlook Notes???

Just installed the software and got everything working properly for my contacts and calendar, but didn't see any option to allow sync'ing for Outlook Notes, which I also use. Anyone know how to configure or add that?

The only way I know of, is with a 3rd party product. The Smartphone OS doesn't come with it. Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Inbox (email) are what it can sync "out of the box". I've heard of one called SmartphoneNotes, but I've never used it, so I have no clue if it's any good or not.

Sorry, not familiar with the MPx200 (I'm working on getting a Smartphone), but it uses MS ActiveSync, right? There should be an option in ActiveSync to sync Notes (from the desktop app). If not, is this a limitation of MS Windows Mobile for Smartphones? I can do it with my PPC PDA, and wouldn't want to give it up by going to a Smartphone.

The version of MS Activesync that comes with the phone only provides the option of sync'ing w/ contacts, calendar, e-mail and todos.

So, I just tried out copying and pasting the lists that I had been keeping in "notes" into "tasks" on my PC. After sync'ing with the phone, all the data is in my "to do's" and will meet my needs for keeping that info and having it available.

I checked in one of the MS Newsgroups, and I almost flipped when someone there said it's not an out-of-the-box function with the Smartphone edition!

They pointed me at this, though, if you're interested:
