Hi,

I'm a cell phone newbie and got my mpx200 from Amazon. It's pretty cool and a lot cheaper (with the rebate) than getting a new pda. Especially since I only used my pda for contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes.

However, I am challenged by the following:

1. Speaker - I made a recording with the voice recorder and played it back - nothing came out. Where is the speaker, do I need to press some special button to hear it? I listened at the headset, too, and still nothing. The manual doesn't say very much about the speaker.

2. Favorites - I've reset these several times with no change to the home screen. Per the manual, it should change the icons to the order that I have listed.

3. I went to http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/p...tServicePR.asp and set up some personal parameters. They arrived at my phone, but wouldn't install. I repeated this 3 times, each time it didn't work.

4. the 'jog' dial/button is pretty much worthless. 99% of the time I get 'earpiece volume'.

5. It appears that I lost my task manager program (?)

For those of you who like the Notes feature of Outlook, check out Smart Phone Notes (http://www.smartphone.net/software_detail.asp?id=185). it works great.

6. I was given mMode upgrade for free for a month, but noone has advised me of any email address. Can I use one of my own? (I have several. I do some web dev) If so, how do I set it up?
