I got an MPx for Christmas. Brand new. Worked great.

I sent it to www.invisibleshield.com for prototyping so I could get a full body shield for it. I didn't want to scratch it up or damage the screen or anything.

I got it back, and the touch screen doesn't work. I tried the suction cup trick. I tried the duct tape trick... no dice either way. Everything else works just like it did before

Now I'm using a hair dryer on it to heat it up. I think the phone somehow got moisture in it, as I found some condensation behind the battery after I got it back. The shipment was insured with UPS for 500 bucks so I might be able to get something back on it.

I guess I've got two questions.

1) is there anything else I can try to get the touch screen working again?
2) if not, what do you all think I should do next?
