Problem with screen aligning

Moin,

I have got one (MpX), but I'm stuck in the screen alihgnment screen.
Seems that the Touchscreen does not work.

Any Ideas?

how was that happened?
I have same problem, but my screen is broken and trying to find new one, because no way to get into win and start phone without alligment.
