Since I was getting the IOCTl error I was playing with the phone and I found an option format binfs. looks like I erased everything on the phone now doesn't boot I used to have :

I didn't make backups or anyhting I thought will restore the system from defaults.

You can dismiss this message I re-flashed the ROM/OS/Bootloader, phone started working but still have the IOCTL error and the WiFI always In Flight mode
