Hello all,

I just bought an MPX300 off Ebay. Was told it was unlocked and the phone has no cell company branding on it. Problem is the phone doesn't see my ATT Sim card. Description when I bought it siad it could be used on ATT network.

Also have a question: what is the ROM software I see talked about here? It has different month dates and such?

it may be the way you're putting the sim card in.

As far as I can tell, I'm putting the SIM card in correctly. I've tried it other ways and still get the same result.
