corporate security

I have a very small number of Q PDA's to support so am looking for options to lock them down that don't require additional software. I am using Alltel's Officesync product to sync with our corporate mail server so I want to do 3 thiings:

1) Enforce encryption of any data card inserted. Disallow usage of unencrypted cards. In other words add storage to the phone, but disable data from walking off the phone via any other path than officesync which is logged.
2) Disable Activesync... same end reason as 1
3) Disable bluetooth and IRDA file transfer... same end reason as 1
4) Keep any new software from being without first doing a hard reset.

Please help.

hmm...
1) switch to MS Exchange with Push and enforce device security. You can remote wipe a unit if needed or if someone tries using without unlock code.
2) see #1 and disable it in their profile. however there is no real way to do it since it is PC dependent not device.
3) registry

You are trying to lock the device down beyond it's capabilities.

Use Exchange push and enable device security. That works just fine.

If I can't get all the way that is fine. As close as possible it just a goal though.

What registry entries would I need to change to get the benefit of some lock down? I don't have exchange and have no way to do so. We use Lotus Domino/Notes and OfficeSync or Good is the only real solution for us.
