I just got a "Q" phone. It's a Verizon phone that I am using on a local Sacramento provider....Surewest. The "Q" isn't an approved handset for their service so I can't call them for help. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas for a fix? Thanks for the help!!

Text messages work normally, so without being able to call for support, I'm not sure what the next step would be. Is your phone registered with your carrier?

You might want to call Motorola tech support. They have been helpful for me in the past.
