My boss is having a problem on his Q that I can't figure out. He's using ActiveSync with our company Exchange Server, running Exchange 2003 SP2. When he reads an email on his computer, it still shows as UNREAD on his Q. Is there a setting or ROM update to fix this?

I believe that 'push' email only occurs with new emails and that it requires a 'read/send' action on the device to refresh the status of the email, unless another new email comes in before a refresh occurs. You might have him try refreshing to see if the status is updated.
