It is not available. It is not likely to occur for the original Q, since it would need to be upgraded to 6.0 first. My guess is, that if Verizon releases it, it will only be for the Q9C,
They have rumored that a new Q will be coming out in the fall that will have it on it as well as many other cool features...code named Napolean.
