Keypad Control Sound

I've found that the "Tone" keypad control sound (Settings\Sounds\Keypad control on my Q doesn't appear to work. "Click" does work and the sound from the Q are fine. "None" obviously works.

Any clues as to what might be wrong?
Where this sound file is and can it be replaced?
Can additional keypad sounds be added?

There is a system sound level setting in each profile setup. it is the last setting. Try increasing it and see if that effects it.

Keypad Control

Level has been set at "4" without working. Setting it to "Loud" didn't get it to work. I'm wondering if there is a damaged "Tone" sound file.

Interesting....haven't run in to this one before. I suspect you are going to need to hard reset. Something must have corrupted the registry for the feature.

If you do hard reset...remember to back up your data.
