Hello wahsop, I'm new,but I do have question, which is how to reactivate sprint pcs vision program on my phone. I would like to an idea, of what direction to go with this b4 I see sprint. U know have something to talk to them about instead looking at them like a deer in headlights, and try I've that up close and personal...not a pretty site. So holla back..aight' Thanx-a-bunch!

I do not have a Sprint phone, but I have read the following:

Go to Start > Settings > Phone > Data > Update Data Profile. This will provision the phone for Vision. I then did a reset and my Vision user name showed up instead of PCS disabled.

This assumes that you had it enabled at one time and that Sprint has you provisioned for the service. Hopefully this will help...and if not, someone who has a Sprint Vision can help out.
