I have used used the Motorola H500 and the H550 and found them both good. I am now using the H700 find it the best. It has low noise and I really like the flip that turns it off and on. I can answer a call by opening the flip and then turn it off by closing it. I would easily recommend the the H700, but also liked the H550.

For voice I have a Plantronics 320 for voice and the Motorola HT820 for stereo music.

The Plantronics isn't around anymore but I think the Moto stereo headset still is. The newer Moto S9 is even smaller & lighter.

People really seem to love the Motorola voice headsets, how tiny they get is a function of how much money you want to spend. They have one that looks more like an in ear hearing aid. Shop around, though, becuase I've seen huge price variations in Moto headsets. Costco has several moto headsets cheap.
