Anyone know how to get a hold of the Shapeservices people? I have logged onto my account and sent two e-mails looking for some help. My IM+ app on my Q has died during a recent upgrade and now I am unable to get a new copy.

When I first purchased the product I had a Samsung i730 and I had e-mailed support and they helped me convert to the Smartphone version, but the account was never updated and now I cannot get a response to e-mails.

Any ideas?
