hi, i download desktop Suite.
INstall it.
I connect USB the A920, but DS dont see.
mRouter only Infra & Com port see. Why?

Please help me.

I had problems installing this

It auto extracted and then the installer never loaded! What I had to do was extract all the files using WinRAR. Hope that helps someone if they had a similar problem?

What version of Desktop Suite is that? The one I got with my A925 need patches to work better.

Desktop Suite

I’ve found no problems using it together with my A925, instead it gave me some new functions and faster synchronisation.

Any luck anyone. I have A920 with no Desktop Suite so i downloaded A1000 DesktopSuite but I don't see any USB port only
COM1
Infrared.

Any one knows WHY?

I always have the same problem when I first install data suite, just take the phone off the dock, turn it off, reboot ya pc, turn ya phone back on and put it in the dock, click desktop suite on your phone and it should be fine

Connecting A925 to PC

im facing problems connecting A925 to pc
i installed the A1000 desktop suite and m router 3.x version.
when i connect the mobile to pc it doesnt connect and says to connect handset
another worth noting thing is that m router DOES NOT show USB among the ways of communications. the listed ones are only
Serial cable
blue tooth
infrared
emulator

one more thing is that my pc is thinking of my connected mobile as a usb modem for which it could not find a driver. i uninstalled n disabled this newly found usb modem and tried connection but in vain.

now what should be done. i ve re started my pc and mobile
i am using xp sp2

i also gave command to connect from my mobile desktop suite option
PLEASE help me resolve this matter, is there someother s/w i need to install?

any help would be really appreciated.
