finaly, here are the full and best instructionsof how to unlock your A920 phone:
A.first unzip the file
B.Download the Ecfmserv.exe file(located in the "unlocker" folder) and copy it into the C:\Program Files\Motorola\A920 Desktop Suite.
C.Then restart you computer then when you connetct your phone again you will be able to browse throught all the folders and files that are on your phone including extra drives.
D.Now if you want to view all of the folder and files throught your phone you need to copy the qfileman(Quartz File Manager) onto your C drive on your phone.
1. unzip the qfileman file.
2. open My A920 copy the folder as it is into C->System->Apps
3. now on your launcher will appear a new file tap that and you can do a lot with this application.

these files have been tested on both A920 and A925 (upgraded and not) and their desktops and proven to be successfull...yet as per usual, no warranties and/or guaranties are given...u do it on your own risk!!! so think twice and read twice b4 u do anythin'..
