I really hate to do this, but I have an ongoing transaction with 'moodcow' that I have pretty much been left in the dark on. I have to write off about $600.00 worth of gear, but I guess I learned a very valuable lesson.

What it comes down to, is I arranged a trade:

My snow g3/500 iBook and WAP
- for -
New (sans box) G1000

I sent the iBook. He received it but the LCD was messed up. Options were:

a) Send it back, I pay return postage
b) He gets it fixed, settles the USPS claim and I get the G

So we are at c) I hear nothing and he gets everything.

Not much I can do at this point (maybe something legally, but I doubt anything would hold up). I have done a lot of online trading before and this is the first time I have been burned.
