Need some lawyer-y advice... Thinking about hitting Verizon with a lawsuit

Well, being unemployed and not having much else to do (besides look for a job, yes I am thanks, lol), I am thinking about hitting Verizon with a suite. I just got off the phone with them and they argued that the phone is not 911 complient so they cant enter the ESN number, its locked out, so they say (yea, big surprise, right?).

Simply put, if the phone is, and they will not "just because", thats just big business stomping on our feet for the heck of it. I think maybe I should throw a multi-million dollar suite at them for infringment rights (yea yea, I know, thats why I need a lawyer). If I did it for $100, and won, they would just laugh. Hit them with something big, and they will go away whining like I did when they kicked the 7135's off. Even IF they didnt like the 7135, they could have just said "okay, well put them on, but, sorry, no warrantee or support for them.

So, any lawyers here? No, I didnt say flamers, I said lawers!!!

The e911 excuse is definitely factually wrong, since the KWC7135 does have all the e911 and aGPS features required by Verizon and the FCC. There have been several postings here to verify, proof, and document that fact. Verizon just uses the e911 compliance issue as an excuse to get people off the phone.

Now I'm not a lawyer and I don't know whether you have a legal leg to stand on (just because they lie to you doesn't make it a crime), but I wish you all the best. Also, if you search my previous posts, I submitted internal KWC documents that clearly state the e911 and aGPS functions of the phone. I have also posted an official letter from a Verizon executive where they explicitly acknowledged the e911 capabilities of the KWC7135. It's all here in the forum, just search my previous posts.
