It looks like my 7135 may be on its last leg. I have the Verizon (no deductible) replacement insurance. Any ideas as to what they are going to suggest (if they offer an option) to replace the 7135 with. Is there any phone that even has a modem and / or Internet access using "normal" minutes?

Well, depends on your prefferences. If your tired of the 7135 and want something else, that would be a good question. I was there getting mine re-connected after a 2 year battle withthem, but, if you want another one, there are quite a few on ebay for cheap.

What kind of battle were you involved in? How did you get them to re-activate the 7135?
