i would like some thing like this for my 7135 soi can see what my cars cost me and get mileage was

There are a ton of programs out there to do this.

I can't recommend any now, b/c all of that is now handled through my accountant - but, I used to have one that did a very good job of it. However, it has been over 5 years since I deleted the program, and I simply can't remember what its name was.

Try the usual sources... Handigo, Palm Central, Download.com, etc....

Search for "Vehicle" and "Expense"
