can't delete add-in application; fatal error

I had an add-in go squirelly, and deleted it, and just today went to reinstall, and something went wrong in the reinstall process. Now, the app shows on the home screen, but activating it produces a fatal reset error. Attempting to delete it also produces the same error, as soon as the delete key is pressed. Soft reset, no help. Hard reset, no help. Followed KYOcera's steps for MemoryManager error, no help. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. if its a user installed application than a hard reset will restore your phone back to factory spec. if it didnt, then you are probably not doing the hard reset correctly.

if you do a hard reset and then restore, you wil put the corrupt files back on the phone and the problem will start over again.

you will need to clean out your backup folder.
