Help

My phone thinks the earpiece is pluged in. Can't hear unless I'm using the speakerphone or I have the earpiece pluged in.

the connector could be damaged internally. have you done the usual soft and hard resets?

how long have you had the phone?

what were you doing just prior to this happening?

well,if you did a hard reset WITHOUT restoring yo saved preferences then it sounds like it could be hardware related. tske it in for service... time to use that warranty...
