I could not find this topic. How do i do a complete reset on my 7135 to restore it to factory settings?

Hold down the backlight button on the front of the 7135 at the bottom near the zero (0) key. Keep holding it down, and while holding it down press and release the reset button in the battery compartment (you'll have to use the stylus). KEEP HOLDING the backlight button until you see the Palm logo (even wait for a few seconds after that to be safe). Release the backlight button. When you do that, you'll see a question on the screen asking you if you want to erase all the data in the device. Answer yes to that question by pressing/releasing the UP button on the front.
