Super NES or NES would probably be too much for the processor. I have run the regular game boy emulator Phoinix though it is a bit slow. Using afterburner might help speed it up a bit, but in my experience, clocking Phoinix past 35Mhz causes the phone to not notice when there's a call coming in while playing a game. Of course its all black and white also. Phoinix Version 1.3.1 lets you choose a frame skip, and I've had good results with setting that to 2 or 3. I played all the way through Zelda, and it was a bit choppy, but playable. Here's the link to Phoinix if you're interested:
