Lightbulb How Many Of Us Are Still Out There? - Roll Call!!

Everyone, please reply once only - let's see how many of us there are still using the 7135. Maybe it will come in handy by proving how large a niche market we are....
LG, Palm, do you guys monitor this site at all??

Anyway,
Proud Alltel 7135 user since Sept 2004. On phone#2, expecting it to last at least 1-1 1/2 years.

I use Verizon 7135 on their pay-as-you-go plan. No data calls, but you can't beat $15/month. On phone #1 that I picked up on eBay in April 2004. Before that I had a 6135 off of ebay

Canadian Telus user of an original 7135 since December 2003. No problems and I shudder in anticipation of the day it stops working.

Own three 7135's - two on line, one spare.
Aside from occasional soft resets, they work great.
14.4kbd MoU is great for me.

Second 7135, first one died a month after they came out. Have not had any problems with this one. Use the internet,e-mail send and receive faxes with it.

Generally happy owner since June 2002.

Sure, a few too many crashes, a little too little support, somewhat slow on the browser, but all in all, the best converged device there is... still.

Until someone else comes up with a better blend of features, function, and form factor, I'm just going to keep nursing this one along.

Send a message via AIM to Phojo

I'm still here. Although I was toying with the idea of a Treo 650, I can't really afford it.
Still works though, even after dropping it like a hundred times.
