Talking to VZW - suggestions?
Hi all. A question here.
When I got my 7135 activated a while back ( but just in time!), they added a data plan on to my account.
The rep (who was exceptionally helpful - he went out of his way to activate my phone, though he certainly didn't have to) had to classify my phone as a pda phone, and thus had to add a data plan to my account - the pay-as-you-go data plan.
I'd like to get it removed since without it, I'm on AC1-NAMOU.
I've looked through the posts (and FAQ) relating to this and I know it's been discussd, but I simply wanted to know if anyone's had any success in getting dataplans removed; I didn't see this anywhere.
If I missed a thread somewhere and this has been addressed directly somewhere, feel free to simply respond with a link.
